We began Oil Pulling with Organic-Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil.

• We both think that:

1. It tastes good and subtle.
2. After spitting it out: Mild decongestion of mucous membranes and respiratory system.

We are posting the following attachments:
-Juan's pics w/ KP in the arms (3).
-Coconut Oil that we are using (1).

I'm impressed with your report! Good for you for reporting these details. I hope Juan can see KP improvement, though it may take 3-4 weeks to see a change. I hope Elsa has softer skin soon. My formerly dry skin has become soft and normal since I started OP a year ago.

Sorry that we haven't updated our Journal.

I've been at the hospital, so we haven't had time to do some Oil Pulling. I hope that next week we can continue with this treatment, if my baby girl decides to stay 2 more months in my belly.
