Oil pulling with coconut oil.

Trial Time
Three weeks until my skin was 90-95% clear, including face, upper arms, upper thighs, buttocks. (My KP was mild.)

Directions
Slowly move one tablespoon of expeller pressed or cold-pressed, preferably organic oil around your mouth for 20 minutes on an empty stomach; spit out in toilet or sink; brush teeth, then rinse mouth with warm salt water; drink 1-2 glasses of water. Oil can be coconut, sunflower, untoasted sesame, untoasted walnut, grapeseed, and many others.
