(when I didn't need such a strong formula anymore, I went back to 15)

Wow, your progess is awesome!! I am so happy you have found what works for you! I just started using a foot cream with AHA in it about 4 days ago and am seeing awesome results myself. I plan to start alternating with a lotion withought AHA when I really have a good handle on this.
What other lotions do you use? I have been using a cocoa body butter that is super hydrating.

Gosh Your legs look great is the AHA something that needs to be prescribed by a dermatologist?

Aynas used Neostrata 15%, you can google it and buy it online.

You should also wear a sunblock and moisturize your skin while on treatment.

I think that the scrub that she uses is microdermabrassion crystals and you can google them also.

My treatment:
Right now I'm 100% KP free. I scrub my skin every 2 days with Homemade Salicylic Acid Scrub and wash with a homemade soap. I always moisturize with organic oils. Also have psoriasis which Derm prescribed for short term use Clobetasol.
My psoriasis is 80% better, been using Salyicylic Acid on my legs.

Mi tratamiento: Exfoliacion cada dos dias con acido salicilico. Jabon hecho en casa.Siempre humecto la piel con aceites organicos.
