Do you plan on getting more PDL treatments done? Would you say you are happy with the progress made so far?

I'm not sure whether I'll get more PDL treatments done or not. The improvement is visible and everything but just thinking about being hidden from everything for 1 or 2 weeks makes me think twice.
Well, I don't know. Maybe I'll get some more next year.

The progress has been pretty good and I am happy with it, even though I expected a bigger improvement to be honest.


Anyway, I've started a diet to see if it helps me with the flushing. I'm cutting on sugar, fats, cereals and red meat, hope it helps, otherwise I might try to get a prescription for Paxil.

Do you have any "before" pictures? I have krpf in my ears too (they have the same redness pattern as the cheeks ), so I´m wondering if the IPDL can be used on the ear skin as well.
