Success with Vascular laser

Hi everyone, after playing with the settings, I have had great results with the following settings:
585nm
7mm handpiece
5.5 - 6 j

using the cynosure photogenica vls laser system- its a bit outdated, but worked very well.

After a consideral amount of bruising- about 2 weeks, it faded away, and after 6-8 weeks, the redness faded away altogether. I now have 6 normal colored dots of skin inbetween the red areas. I am going for all of it now.

The only problem is that it will be difficult to match up the circles on the first go-but Im trying anyway.
Good luck to you all.

Why use a 7mm hand piece, and not a 10 mm hand piece ?

rcm,

After finding the right settings, how many sessions did you need to get rid of redness?

Re: Success with Vascular laser

Maybe I should insist on laser treatments then... it's just that I had 2 IPL and 1 PDL sessions and haven't noticed improvement, so I'm feeling a little bit discouraged about laser treatments.
