My face always gets (more) red after showering. KPRF started on the right side of my face near my eyebrow. I don't even notice the bumps but the redness is disturbing. It has gotten worse. It now has spread down my cheek with a white spot in the middle like the classic picture we have all seen.

Strange, but showers make my face a lot redder, however, if the tub isn't scalding, I'll get out and my face looks pretty good. But I don't know if it just looks more "even" because the rest of my skin is pink, or if it is in fact less "blotchy." If I had to guess, I'd say my skin looks even complected because the rest of my skin is pink.

It only makes sense that hot showers could irritate your skin even more. If it is caused by inflammed hair follicles, then I think aggravating it can cause it to look worse.
Just my opinion |
