Firstly its great to finally find out what I have and that there are people with similar conditions. I've been told I have eczema all my life...

I've basically got a pretty bumpy, red face, and the bumps are quite severe round where my eyebrows should be and on my forehead and cheeks. From what I've just read, this eucerin redness relief stuff will help with the blushing/ flushing, but I've learnt to live with that.

What seems to be getting worse however, are the lumps and bumps, which get thicker and more weird looking every year. I'm 24 now.

What is the best way of smoothing the skin on the face?

Yes, pretty much, I've attached a photo. As you can see I've got KPRF bumps and redness on my cheeks, eyebrows, even on my moustache area and chin...

To be honest the redness I can deal with, its the bumps and roughness that are getting worse -there seem to be scars and pimples all sorts forming on my forehead.

look into getting IPL, and or PDL treatments at a cosmetic dermatologist.
