This is my first time to the site, and I was hoping you all might have some information about the best possible treatment. I have Keratosis pilaris rubra and rubra faceii. I am currently trying emu lotion on my face and body, but only getting mixed results - the red dots on my back are extremely stubborn. I have taken supplements such as candida, herbs, acupuncture, yada yada, but I still haven't received any real relief. If anybody has a similar case or an idea of what to do, please tell me .
