Final Attempt

here are the things i have tryed so far
  • ipl
  • pyratine-6
  • v-beam
the ipl was pretty much a waste of money it helped with a burning sensation for a little i guess but it quickly returned.
i have tried pyratine-6 for about 2 weeks and i have seen a slight improvement.
i have gone to two sessions of V-beam and i has also helped with the redness somewhat.
Now here is what i am thinking... i have noticed, and some of you probably have as well, that the kp only happens in certain spots of the body ( i.e. face, upper arms , thighs, butt ) there has to be a reason for this and my guess is that it happens while we sleep. In sleep the weight of our bodys puts pressure on mostly these parts of the skin and inturn the skin is irritated and "breaks out". i don't think that there is anything we can do for to prevent this( other than controlling your sleepiong position) in any part of the skin other than the face. Now this is my experiment and its gonna sound funny but im desperate. I have a lacrosse helmet that does not come in contact with my cheeks at all so i am going to use it when i sleep. this way there will be no way for any sleeping position to irritate the skin on my face. Along with this i am going to begin oil pulling, begin a much healthier diet, and spead a solution of green and aspirin on my cheeks every day( to help with inflamation). Also i have one session left for the V-beam and i am going to continue use of the pyratine-6. I am attacking this thing on all fronts and this will be my last try. if it doesn't work im giving up and i will just have to live w/ it. I will post the results in one month... wish me luck.
