What has worked well for me so far...
I have been using Rosaliac cream nightly, and then a regimen of 5-htp daily (100mg each night, 50mg in the morning, and 50mg at lunch time)
This combination as kept flushing pretty much under control, and the 5-htp works wonders on the social anxiety. Less heat blushing, water related blushing, and alcohol flushing. I'd say a 90% improvement in flushing, and 50% in standard blushing. 30% improvement in overall redness. Next on my list is Lorac, a redness neutralizer, which I hear works wonders for Rosacea sufferers and people with rosy cheeks. |
