After a severe flush today , i decided to come back on and have a read at the site . I last time i visited was maybe a year ago , i think reading about this condition to much can make you over focus on it. I am determind not to let it rule my life.

Anyway since the last time i was here the Eucerin products was bout the best stuff on the market , which i have been using for bout a year now ....its not bad but not great either . i use the face wash and day cream and it does help a little .

Has there been any new products people are trying ? noticed ppl still going on about carrot juice , ill maybe try that . Any new suggestions ? solutions? treatments ?

Also had the ETS surgery got any safer ? has anyone had it done ?

listen guys , dont let this hold you back , I am getting on with my life however hard it is , my red cheeks have become my trademark which i hate but it doesnt seem to bother people as much as you may think. I have KPFR and its triggered with stress , social situations etc . most people see me as an outgoing , loud , happy show off guy who drives real nice cars and does so well for him self . inside i am miserable all because of my condition , i avoid so many situations and am afraid of so many things because i am constantly in fear about how my cheeks look .
