Let me throw some questions at to perhaps narrow down what your symptoms most resemble (I have been misdiagnosed with Rosacea to when it was really a keritinization disorder so I know they can get mixed up)

Here goes:

At what age did the redness on your face start/get worse?

Did the redness on face get worse about the same time as bumps appeared on your arms?

Is your nose red??

Is the redness more focused on your cheeks - particuarly the outer lower part?

Have you tried any medication recommended for rosacea and has it helped?

When you look at your facial skin in the mirror do you see raised bumps (especially around the hair follicules)?

If you do have KPRF you will find it is often misdiagnosed or undiagnosed.

Others may be able to think of some others questions that help differentiate from KPRF and Roscea.

One also has to be aware that you can have both - hopefully ones on this forum with KPRF can help explain some more differences between the two.
