Treatment of KPRF acne and roughness

Does anyone know if laser treatment will possibly do anything other than reduce the redness? I am looking for something to reduce the roughness on the cheek with KPRF. I also get acne on that cheek again and again. The redness does not bother me as much as the acne and the roughness. Any success stories out there?

http://www.angelfire.com/journal2/sadhelp/kp.htm

Excerpt: "PDL treatment appears to be a safe and effective treatment for the erythema associated with KPA but does not give significant improvement in associated skin roughness."

I highly recommend reading the entire site. Good luck.

Has anyone had success treating skin roughness and acne using topical acids in over the counter and script skin care products. DDF makes a sulfer mask (about $24) that makes my skin feel smoother. Anyone else have any results with anything?
