shaving irritation or kprf?

Hello!

Very young derm told me that my facial redness isn't caused by keratosis pilaris but it's just irritation related to shaving - I think she hasn't seen kprf before because she looked very confused when I asked if it's kprf. I've got it all the time (since I was 4-7 yo) and kp on arms. Here you can see pics:

yes in my opinion that is KPRF on your face and kp on arm.

You might just have a bit of razor burn on neck as well???? ..... (but never having shaved my face don't take my word for it)

on your cheek, it looks like its from shaving. it could be ingrown hairs. i've heard Princereigns works really well. i've heard good thinks about Tend Skin aswell, they have it at Sephora.

I noticed that my cheeks become much redder after 15-30 mins of shaving but not immediately. Im just wondering why this occurs. Does this occur with anyone else with KPRF other than KK_K ? How about rosaceans ? Does anyone know if their cheeks become redder after shaving ?
