What concentration of urea (in cream) is good for KPRF?Is 15% too much?

It won't help KPRF, if you want to use it though 15% is probably ok.

acutally I use cream containing 5% of urea and lactic acid (don't know how much of it) and there's some improvement in redness and irritation.

For some reason my derm gave me 50% about a year ago. It stung like crazy upon application so I quit using it.

It may help a tad in the beginning, if it helps after that I'll be shocked, don't use urea cream, use corticosteroids or PDL.
