Jojoba oil?
This has probably already been posted, but has anyone ever tried Jojoba Oil on their KPRF? It states that jojoba oil is chemically very similar to human sebum, so maybe this could help?

I tried Jojoba Oil a couple of times as a cleanser but gave up when I didn't see any difference. Maybe it requires more sustained use.

I've used jojoba oil for a long time. Although it's a good skin moisturizer, I didn't notice any difference in my KP. I'm now using sweet almond oil as it seems to make my skin a whole lot softer. But no real difference in the appearance of KP.
