Hey I was just wondering if anyone has tried Murad Acne Complex for their Kprf. I am very familiar that most acne products do nothing but irritate our skin but this product claims to treat rosacea and facial eczema. Some of the pictures they have of improving facial redness is very impressive. However the product contains salicylic acid which in my experience just dries out our kprf. Hit me back.
