Any Treatments for KPRF??

I was wondering if anybody has any treatments for KPRF. I have been suffering from this condition for a couple years now and I was wondering if anybody had found and anything to eliminate the redness. Also has anybody tried a lotion with Salisylic Acid and will it help KPRF?
