I am sorry to rain on your parade...but the ingredient in CDA Cream that you mentioned: Dexamethasone acetate is THE most potent steroid known.

It is a prescription medicine, and is only used sparingly in the most severe cases of skin disease, and for a very short time.

Putting steroids on the face is extremely dangerous, it can actually make the condition rebound and become much worse. It can cause your skin to be so thin that it could even rip open.

The people selling it could be imprisoned by the US-FDA (or any other regulatory authority) if they were found to be selling this powerful prescription medicine in such a casual and uncontrolled way. Was the doctor who sold you the CDA cream licensed by your country's authorities?

I would not recommend that anyone uses this CDA cream...even if it works short term and it costs just a buck! The consequences are just too dangerous.

Dexamethasone Acetate is around 40x as potent as hydrocorti steroids, looks pretty dangerous to me.
