What's the difference between rosacea and kprf?

I think I have rosacea on my face. I have KP on my arms and legs, though.

Rosacea is flushing and is worsened by triggers (environment, allergies, food, sun, stress, etc) and some also experience pustules/little bumps and zits that come and go. So what's the difference between rosacea and kprf?
