I just thought I'd tell everyone what kind of drink i've been making. I usually use about 10 carrots and 2 oranges and put them through a juicer. I might even add a tablespoon of wheat germ oil because it is a great source of vitamin E. When drinking carrot juice be careful because carrots have a lot of vitamin A I believe like 3500 IU per carrot(not to sure though) and I guess according to some studies taken to much Vitamin A can be bad for your health. I've been drinkin this for about 3 weeks now I havnt really seen anything different in my skin but I actually really like the taste so I'll just keep drinking it
