I will keep you updated. I wont get the cream for a week or so though. With my Kprf I dont get itching but there is usually a slight *****le feeling on the skin and I notice the rest of the skin on my body itches a little now and then. For awhile I thought I might have eczema in addition to kp. If this cream is what it says it is, it might treat all at once.

Buck have you witnessed any results? I have been using the cream and wash for a couple days now and my facial skin is a little softer. The cream seems to be a little harsh at first, but Im sure I will get used to it.

I have the facial wash and the ZZ cream (zinc oxide). I plan to use the wash about twice a day and the cream every night for about a month.

tanning and mites....

I used to work at a tanning salon, and have a good friend whos father owns a few of them in dallas. during training and info from friend and his dad tells me that the UV light kills all sorts of bacteria on the skin. most likely demodex mites as well! We learned that the smell on yourself after tanning is a combination of dead skin and mostly dead bacteria. showering afterwards(which i hope most do after tanning! lol) washes off the dead bacteria and dead skin cells, then truely bringing out the tan on your skin. Ive had KP for a long time, and tanning/ moisturizing are about the only things that have helped. I asked my dermotologist about tanning affecting the KP and she agreed that it does help tone the skin and give it the effect of summer. kinda backs the fact of KP always getting better in the summers. the creams are usually forgotton, or not used regularly enough, and the stuff I got from my dermotologist is white and flakey, which in my opinion is more noticable than the KP itself! hopefully this stuff helps, and lemme know about the creams from china helping!

Good news all! I'm on day 21 for treating my younger daughter for mites and having very good results. Her arms are not totally clear yet, but probably about 60-65% better. I'll post details here in about 10 days after we've treated through the life cycle of those critters.

In the meantime, I wanted to point out that Sencha has been posting about her success with Bath & Body Works Spearmint/Eucalyptus lotion. I've recently gotten into using essential oils - did you know that spearmint and eucalyptus essential oils are used to kill dust mites? It only makes sense that it would kill demodex mites or skin mites also. So, maybe Sencha has found the easy-to-get, inexpensive solution to this problem!

Hi,
I've been using the zz cream for two weeks now and am hugely impressed. My flushing has been reduced about 70%. The evening flushing has greatly reduced in severity and my skin has never felt so soft. Its like it was before i was 15 when kprf began for me. I did have a couple of spots on my cheeks last week but this build up of excess sebum on the face may be due to the mites being killed off according to the demodex website. My face is clear now though and my kprf is the best its been for years.I haven't tried it on my arm kp yet but may do is this progress keeps up. I'll keep everyone posted on this promising breakthrough.

Great news Kprf. I have used the cream for about a week and my skin is noticeably softer. The redness has improved a little bit too. On the site it said that full treatment may take a month or two, so seeing results after two weeks is very promising. Keep us posted homie.

I have been using the zz cream at night and my normal moisturiser in the morning. The cream is like an ointment, its almost as if you can actually feel it working as soon as you apply it i find.
