YES!! and questions about azelaic acid

Ok so if you were expecting a miracle cure I'm sorry to say it isn't in here

BUT, A little more than a month ago my derm prescribed azelaic acid and metrogel for my face, I stopped using the azelaic acid because using both was too much for my skin. Anyway I used to be really read over the entire cheeks (reddest at the poofed out part of the cheek [lol] under the eyes), under the eyes under the ears down to the jawline. BUT in the back, near the ears it's starting to get patchy! Does this mean I have rosacea instead of KP? It's actually not really bumpy at all, i mean theres a few papules/whatever theyre called not big or blistering just little bumps but not many. It would be nice if the face part was rosacea, cause laser DOES get rid of the redness on that... Anyway my question about azelaic acid, it says if there's reddening it's signs of KP. Is it all-right to use azelaic acid on my face, if I have kp? Even if the kp isnt on my face, but on my arms? (I have KP on my arms) Thanks for your help

Mine is patchy too around that area... and i also don't have huge bumps, just little tiny ones... my face is definitely a lot smoother than my arms and legs.. and yes it is KP as well..

yeah but rosacea is actually a form of adult acne and has many of the same symptoms.. only in rosacea you feel really hot sometimes.. as in temperature wise lol, i don't think many people feel "hot" with red faces.
i hate having a red face. everyone stares. you feel like a *****ing dibilitated person in a wheelchair. sometimes its exactly the opposite and NO ONE makes eye contact with you

one of the main charecteristics of kprf is intense flushing attacks with a burning 'hot' sensation. many sufferers i have poke to have very little facial redness alot of the time.

my face is red all the time but my dermo says it is not rosacea but it is a form of kprf. I just trusted that he was right because for many years I have treated it for rosacea and nothing ever worked. Any way i just looked up symptoms for both and they both sound a lot like my face so now I'm not sure. I have really red cheecks most of the time, patches of dry skin on right cheek & forehead. I have little bumps all over my face but it is not visable you only can feel them. I get these flashes where my face & ears are so red & hot, sometimes this happens for no reason and other times it happens when I am moving around alot like cleaning or something. What do you think?
