Ya I also looked at the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Intensive Night Creme, which is described as:

"This intense treatment is designed with a potent concentration of Retinol plus Hyaluronic Acid that helps accelerate surface cell turnover with every use. As newer, younger cells push to the surface, the look of wrinkles visibly fill in and smooth out to look less noticeable."

I've heard before that wrinkle creams could be good for our condition because they are very good for exfoliation. I also think the whole accelerated cell turnover could be a good thing. I might try it for a while and see if it works.

Does anyone else have any thoughts of this or have already tried it?

Retinol A

I have used this off and on for the last few years and have found it definately helps the texture of my skin as it reduceds the KP on my face. For a start the skin is quite red and sensitive but if you continue just using a little on the effected areas the benefits start to kick in. Unfortunately it doesn't get rid of the redness altogether or make eyebrow hair grow back.

Hey everyone,

I just bought the a new product from Neutrogena called Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Blemish cleanser. It contains both Retinol A and Salicylic Acid, both of which have been said by people on this site to help impove their KP. I figured maybe by using both together I may see some results. Anyways, I'm going to try it out for a few weeks and see what happens. I'll be sure to post my results!

i've used the retinol, vitamin a, tretinoin they're all very similar. Used the tretinoin for over a year and it did nothing, i actually think it made the condition worse because its very drying.

use Cetaphil and Tretinoin

I am also using tretinoin 0.05% cream for past 6 months and as said by tsmith1010 the skin becomes very dry but.. using after using Cetaphil cream also, i see that its working for me..skin is getting softer and reducing the redness...

Solution for the skin getting dry.....Here is what i do..

Apply Tretinoin cream at nights...
Apply a moistriser after bath at morning. I use Cetaphil , this is a very nice moisturizing cream.

So the skin is treated as well as its not dry... its really a good option and also i checked with my doctor about the use of Cetaphil cream and she told infact that was good.......
