My newly adopted daughter has KP on her cheeks with lots of bumps. Her face was clear when I visited her in Russia the first time at 9 1/2 months old, but at 10 1/2 months old, her cheeks were covered in bumps. She is being treated with Amlactin 12%, and that has improved the texture of her skin somewhat, but bumps are still very prevalent (3 weeks of treatment). Fortunately, her skin isn't really flushed unless she is hot or very upset. I've read about using body scrubs on the arms and legs - wondering what folks have tried to unplug the plugs on the face and especially what other folks with small children who have this have tried. Also, would love to hear if anyone here is an adolescent/adult with this and also had it at such a young age. Our pediatrician assures me she has a good chance of outgrowing it....

So glad to find this forum! For the last several days, I mostly found info on KP on the arms and legs, and that's just not what we are dealing with - was feeling very alone.
