Thumbs up no more stinging pain during Vbeam,IPL,or laser treatments for all!

Many people dont like that sting that comes with any form of laser treatments, some people might not get the results they hope for because they say it hurts and dont go back for further treatments or there derm may see you cant tolerate higher levels of intensity with future treatments and keeps settings low or the same all the time.

the answer to this is called EMLA cream. it is a topical anesthesia (numb) it is basically topical lidocaine 2.5% & prilocaine 2.5%, its what a dentist would use to numb your mouth during a cavity but in a topical cream form and all you have to do is ask your derm for a prescription for it, and put it on your cheeks 1 to 2 hours before laser treatment. and you barely feel a thing. honestly.

i have used it twice already for 2 treatments, for hair removal on my cheeks and going to use it during my v beam treatments. so for a little more comfort during those uncomfortable treatments, its the SH1T to use.

Wow that is awesome. They say it only feels like a rubber band snapping against your cheeks, but it's way worse. Will definetly try that when I go for PDL in a few weeks.

you have to get the presciption filled first by your derm, then apply 1 to 2 hours before you walk into the derm. its not like moisturizing cream were after u rub it in it dissapears, no it looks like shaving cream and you have to put serran wrap over the cream on your face then show up to the derm with it still on, then the derm wipes it off, and treatment begins. whay I do is put it on 2 hours before my appointment then wipe it off before i leave the house , go to the derm and hopefully the derm isnt running behind with his patients, because sometimes u have say a 12:30 appt and the derm sees you at 12:50 or so, you should be pretty numb for an hour or more after wiping it off.
