Keratosis follicularis spinulosa decalvans

Just to make the KP family complete I thought it best to mention the rarest of this group. This condition usually only effects males.

This condition, along with ulerythema ophryogenes and atrophoderma vermiculatum, is usually put under the heading of "keratosis pilaris atrophicans faciei" as all these conditions destroy the hair follicule and often scar the skin in some way.

Of interest is that I have only come across one guy on this site with this condition so it is reasonably rare.
