I am new to this forum am black african and have been suffering from the age of 13.I have kp on my upper arms and the rest of my back.I have tried all sorts of treatment with no success result.Please i need help as i am losing my self esteem summer is hear and i can't wear nice sleeveless tops.

It contains many posts from other members who have had success diminishing their KP and the methods they used. Perhaps you will find something to try. Hello, I feel you. I have it all over and my arms used to be horrible with scars and bumps. I'm dark skinned, but not dark enough that I didn't show blemishes.

My arms are still bumpy but the scars are gone and they look fairly decent. I think the sun will help you. Just sit out with your short sleeve tops anyway, that's what helped me. My legs look horrible and I think it's because they stay hidden and there is no private place to display them in the sun.

The most I get on my arms are the "are you cold/goose bump" comments, but they are still reasonably passible.
