New to Forum and KP

Hi! I am a mother to two beautiful girls. My youngest daughter is 12 weeks old. After her birth I found that both of my forearms were covered in bright red bumps. It took 8 weeks to get in with my dermatologist. She said that I have KP and dismissed me--Saying that it was more a vainity thing and I would "have to live with it". This really upset me, I was hoping that she would have some time of help or regiman for me. I also was wondering if pregnancy could have triggered this? I am glad to have found this group, and look forward to trying some of your ideas!

Yes, pregnancy can trigger KP. For some, KP may be caused by hormonal changes.
