Hi..i am new..I didnt realise i had KP until now...i have very dry wrinkly hands as well, was looking for some info and thats how i stumbled upon this website! Im so ever very glad to have found it!
i have been reading some of the stuffs..treatments, creams..etc n i am extremely confused

I have got KP on my thighs( bumps and some sort of reddish island around the inner areas) mainly and not so much on my legs and upper arms..but its still there... n i scar easily as well on my legs and arms!
i feel so self conscious about it that i tend to avoid wearing anything short or revealing that will expose the bumps..
I am only 22 and i have had it since my early teens..
It doesnt help that i have wrinkly hands n feet as well..

it really limit the way i dresses and i cannot wear stuffs that i really want to..it may sound banal but to me it has caused great distress and unhappiness ever since i can remember. It has a great impact on my self esteem n confidence..as im always covering myself n feel increasingly self conscious wen surrounded my people. i feel people are looking at my hands and arms all the time

it doesnt help that i came from a hot country surrounded by the sea!
my father was always saying that i have very scarred legs n arms and people in my family are no better

im still getting used to knowing i have got KP...so please..any suggestions welcome

i did read some of the past posts...
i have tried oil pulling..only this morning.....
was a tad disgusting though!! n i have scrubbed myself with sunflower oil n sugar..skin really soft now! but bumps hve yet to disappeared!!too early to tell...

im still doing some research on what cream to try...

Whatever you try, give it at least 30 days. Sometimes it can take even longer. Some of us have spent decades with this condition, so it isn't going to go away in days. Please keep in touch with whatever methods you try.
