Hello everyone. I am 34 and have had this problem for years. It has been so bad I will rarely wear short sleeve shirts. I have started using my treadmill regularly and drinking a lot of water and it had improved. My biggest issue is trying not to pick at my arms. I am happy to now have a name for what I have. Here is what my arms look like right now and a year ago. The first 2 are a year ago the last 2 a few days ago.

Re: Hello

Hi mhudson78660:

Thanks for sharing your pictures with us.

Sweating is a good way to eliminate toxins from our bodies, also drinking lotsof water keep the moisturize in our skin and make it healthier. I'm glad that you are seeing an improvement.

Were you tanning in your hammock when you took the picture?

Tanning seems for some members to help a lot.

What treatments of regimens have you tried in the past?

By the way it looks so nice and confy there

Hey there. I have not really tried much. I think as long as I don't pick and keep sweating it will clear up. Thanks for your comments.
