hi im 22 from UK- need advice.
hi there, been reading through posts on here for a while now, so thought id better make a first post. i have mild kp on my arms.
i see most people on here are from outside the UK and all the products recomened are on US sites. im looking to start oil pulling using sesame oil/sunflower oil but cant find anywhere to order any from in the uk.
can someone help please!!!!

Woolz,

Go to a natural food store or health food store. If they don't carry sesame oil (untoasted) or sunflower oil, ask them to order it. I hope you find some.
