Hi, I was just diagnosed with Keratosis Pilarism on the 14th - I've been using LacLotion 12% since and it has shown great improvement. I also have been using herbal supplements. I'm a female in her early twenties and I apparantly must've had this disorder for quite awhile and it's such a relief to know exactly what it is finally! At first I thought it was scabies! (yech - I was in jail) - then my derm thought it was bacterial folliculitis and put me on tetracycline, which helped a little bit, but the bumps were still occuring. I was wondering how other people who have lived with this disease cope with it and if there's any other alternative/nutritional/herbal remedies that anyone has found helpful. I am a current student of Alternative Medicine and it's amazing what holisitic remedies can do to cure spirit, body and mind. Well, I've gotta run to work - I hope someone replies.
