Im new to this i have had kp for around 5 years and i am 20 years old. I have been to my doctor and all she said was exfoliate and moisturise I really wanted to know what this condition was but she didnt tell me she said nothing at all. So i turned to the internet and i found this. I am from the UK and i want to find something that will help my arms. Could i go back to my doctor and ask her to prescribe me creams? and if so what? Or not where can i get it from? Im so new to all this but its such a problem for me and it seems to be just getting worse and worse Help!!

Welcome to the KP Forum. It's hard to suggest one product, because some things help one person, but not another. I suggest you read as much as you can here so that you are informed the next time you talk to your doctor.
