A little voice brought me here...
I swear what I'm about to tell you is true. I'm at work looking at my forearms for the umpteenth time and wondering if all these little red dots are clogged skin pores or maybe something else entirely. I suddenly get this little voice in my head that says go to Google and type in 'bunch of little red dots on my forearms are these blocked pores?'
I did this and viola -I found this forum, and for once a name for what it is that I have. Honestly having these little red dots on both my forearms has always puzzled me, but it has never really bothered me. I'm not the kind to get all worked up about what I look like, thank God. I mean, like Kathy Bates said in Dolores Claiborne, I ain't doin' any beauty pageants today. What's amazing is that two weeks ago I started doing some heavy research on the Web looking for skin products to help with my overly dry, flaky skin. Because the air in my apartment is so dry I decided to remedy this problem by buying a decent humidifier. After a lot of searching I decided on the AIR-O-SWISS Model 7135 Supreme, because I realize this will help with my skin. Now after reading some on KP I see that humidifiers are quite often recommended because they will help in keeping skin moist and soft. Everything happens for a reason. Thank God for computers, eh? |

Re: A little voice brought me here...
wooooooooooow......that humitifier is expensive jeeeezzzzzz i hope that humidifier has a looong warranty or a way to change the ultrasonic disk. ive been using ultrasonic humidifiers for years. ive bought expensive ones and cheap ones they all usaully break in a month or two if your using them 24/7 . ive learned a way to make your own humidifier that will not break. it involves using small ultrsasonic humidifiers used in aeroponics {for growing plants indoors} all you have to do is change the disks when they go bad {after a month or two} they only cost about 5$ each.
with those store bought humidfiers they dont have a changeable disk, they just break. i should post pics.
