I found this site about 6 months ago but just never posted. I have had KP since I was atleast 12 (if not younger) and never knew what it was until i found this site. I am 23 now and am finally not afraid or get too anxious when someone touches my arms. I used to HATE when people would touch my arms cuz it would then follow the question of..What's on the back of your arms? KP has never really limited me in any way and it saddens me to hear some of you on here have been judged by it cuz its not really that scary looking of a thing. I am soooo glad I found this site cuz now I am getting ideas of how to treat it. I havent started anything yet but am anxious to see what will work. Its comforting to know that so many other people have this condition and that its not really rare. I recently started dating a guy that i believe has it on his arms too and the fact that I have it too and I know what it was doesn't turn me off in any way. I look forward to talking to him about it and educating him about this nasty monster.
