Tattoos and the dreaded KP monster

Well yeah I had never heard of KP and didnt know what the heck was going on with my body. So of course I am married to a tattoo artist who said "dont worry about it we will tattoo over it and you wont see it as much'" this is when I thought nothing would take it away.
So tattooing over it yeah you will still see it! So now that Lasers are out for a portion of my body that has KP that has tattoos I guess i will seek Oil Pulling and seabuckthorn products and see what happens.(whish i heard of Photodynamic therapy before this).
another thing that makes sense to me now is my thin eyebrows and losing my scalp hair. Geeez I thought that was just a condition that was passed from my mom cause she had the same problem.
So from what I gather this could be from our bodies not processing Keritin or possibly a bug or yet possibly I need to clear toxins. Whew! I am screwed!
I will continue to stop by and check this site out and see if I make any progress on this journey to clearer skin.

It sucks to have this horrible condition. I am however glad that I have found this awesome site. I though there wasnt anything I could do about it but tattoo over it. Well I am heavily tattooed but guess what you still se it and it still bugs me. So I will try some things suggested and we will see.

HI there!! I liked your post as i though many times about tatoing my arms to hide it but when i had my first tatoo done i discovered that it was the same... bull····s. I thought that it might be the solution as i love tatoos.
I have started OP today and i continue with my lotions and potions.
i´ll share my progress!

Re: Tattoos and the dreaded KP monster

I recently read in the news that the FDA is concerned about the absorption of ink by the skin when someone gets a tatoo. It results in more chemicals the body and skin have to deal with when there is already a problem resulting in KP. Just thought I'd throw this out as something to be considered.
