Hi im from Long Island NY and ive had KP since as long as i can remember and its sucksss. I just wanted to see if anyone has found anything that works.

Welcome to the KP Forum. We think there are several different causes of KP, therefore, there are different remedies -- some work for one person, but not for another. For me, oil pulling made the difference, reducing my KP by 90%, but it doesn't help everybody. You should read as much as you can here and try different remedies to see what helps you. Give a remedy at least 30 days to see if it makes a difference. Let us know what you find that helps.
