Hi all, I'm so glad to have found this forum.

My little girl is 2 years old now and her KP started on her face when she was just a few months old. We were told it was 'milk spots' and would go away. It didn't. It soon appeared on her upper arms and thighs and when she was about 8 months old we took her to the GP again. "Dry skin". Moisturize. Over the next few months it just got worse but I was repeatedly told 'it doesn't look like Ezcema, her skin in rather dry... try this or that useless moisturizer.' At 22 months, with it now on her buttocks and a little on her lower arms and legs too, as well as frequent flushing on her cheeks, we finally got a diagnosis and another slightly less useless but still not very effective moisturizer (Eucerin). But having the diagnosis and finally a label for her condition enabled me to find out more by reading sites like this and we've finally seen a little improvement with the Body Shop's Cocoa Butter body butter.

I'm really interested in exploring various changes to her diet to see if we can identify things that make it worse or improve it. We'll see how it goes...
