Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking on this forum on and off for a couple of years now - on and off (depending on how much the KP was getting me down). It's really reassuring to know that I'm not alone in this, and there's some great ideas on the forum which I intend to try.
I'm 38 and I haven't found anything (or perhaps -committed to anything long enough) to get rid of the red bumpys. I had a negative experience with a dermatologist once, so haven't sought any professional help for a long time now. (They always seem to look puzzled and not very helpful). I've read on many sites, that it is supposed to get better when you get into your thirties. That doesn't seem to be the case. So hopefully by trying out ideas on the forum I'll be "cured" and be confident enough to wear shorts in public....OR.....I'll just get old...and won't care what people think anyway. Hmmmmmm. .
