Wow, I think I found this site years and years ago when I first discovered that what I had was KP, and the site has changed so much! It's fantastic!
I'm 26 and have had KP my entire life.
I have it on my entire legs and arms although it's patchy in places. And it does effect my face a little.
When I got into my late teens my KP did improve, the redness has remained the same but it got smoother. I'm not sure whether this is because of just growing up or because I became more aware of it so started to exfoliate, sun bathe and moisturise.
Another thing that 'helped' my KP is that I picked at it so much when I was younger that I don't have a lot of hair growth now on my upper arms and so, don't have any trapped hairs. On the down side this has left me with blotchy, scarred skin even though it's smooth.
I've never been confident wearing skirts except when i've been in the sun for a prolonged time. I'm sure I have poor circulation to my skin which makes it worse.
It's my dream to try and get rid of the redness! I look forward to reading all the progression that's been made since I first found out what I had 10 years ago!
