New member here, got this darn thing about a year ago, with the red spots and bumps. It's really bad allover my legs and a little on the back upper arms. Been reading all the info you guys have posted, seems like there is no cure, just tried & true methods to treat! No more shorts for me! Looking forward to being in this group and hope to spread some good news!

Welcome to the KP forum. We haven't found the silver bullet yet to cure KP, though many of us have some degree of improvement with different remedies. I hope you find something to help. Post again!
