Getting worse!
Hi everyone, just gotta say this forum is fantastic! I have had KP all my life (24yrs) and never knew what it was till now. It seems to have gotten worse lately which is how i came to find the forum!
Over the years I have tried many things but I havent found anything really effective and the maintenance of it drives me crazy!! So I stop scrubbing or picking and it comes back 100 times worse  Im looking forward to trying some of the suggestions on here because its really starting to become a problem for me
