Post WOW, I have KP!
I have just recently found out that i have KP i have had it for about 10 years and when i first noticed it I went to see a dermatolagist . She said it was over active hair folicles and told me to get some sun! It is getting worse and spreading so i decided to look on the internet and found it was KP. I live in the UK( Its great because it rains alot so I can cover up) & we dont have any of the creams that have been recomended , like dermadoctor so I buy them from the states (Costly) Surprise surprise they dont work. It seems to be getting redder and more unsightly I don't know what to do anymore. My doctor told me to bathe with aqueous cream, no luck. I am going to try oil pulling and hope for a miracle. Anyway it is nice to hear other peoples thoughts great forum. Has anyone tried skin doctors ingrowing hair cream i wonder if this might help KP bumps too???

I'm from the UK too and to be honest I have tried sunbeds to clear my KP up (naughty I know) but it didnt help, though having a tan made the appearance less unsightly!
