Hi everyone, this looks like a great site. Can't wait until I have more time to read all the comments. My 11 year old son has had KP since he was a baby. As a baby it was mild and over the years it has gotten much worse. I've taken him to several doctors and they all say the same thing. There is no cure. I've tried many different lotions but unfortunately he loses his patience and doesn't often cooperate so its harder for me to treat. I feel especially bad when he comes home and says kids have noticed and said something to him. It's heart breaking when he wants to be the last one to get on the bus so no one will be behind him and see his legs. He also tries to hide his arms. Like I said he isn't very good at cooperating so two things I'm going to try are a humidifier and changing his soap. I'm open to suggestions.
