I have just discovered this site after suffering since childhood. My doctor brother read an article about it in a medical journal many years ago, so I knew what it was but never thought any help could be sought. I just have it on my upper arms and outer thighs but hate it and struggle not to pick and squeeze the bumps daily. I bought some extra virgin coconut oil today to try. Is there anyone else from UK, where I'm from, who could recommend any specific products sold here? Thanks for a great informative and reassuring site.
