Hi folks, I am new to the forum and just wanted to say hello! I have had KP on my legs, upper arms and a little on my face all my life. My mother used to tell me it was bad circulation but now I know it is nothing of the sort.

I'm very fairskinned so the bumps are obvious on me, and even through sunlight helps it I also have PMLE so I just trade one problem for another! Over the years I've managed to get it under control, but I'm still never happy to wear sleeveless tops.

Thankfully it has not put potential boyfriends off...everyone has their own insecurities. My own bf was worried that I would be put off by his eczema. We jointly get through buckets of moisturising lotions!

It's been really interesting to read the posts on this forum and I'm going to try the coconut oil and also sea buckthorn and try to improve the skin further.
