Wink New and Open to Suggestions

Hi- I am new to this forum. I had KP under control, merely by accident. I knew I always had a problem but is seemed to go away. I have always been sensitive to certain soaps, etc. A few months ago I bought a different soap from Bath and Body works, than the one I normally use, I have had a break out of KP ever since. Now that I know what it is, I am anxiously trying what ever someone has had sucess with to cure my problem. So bring on the suggestions.

Thanks Eliza Zoe (cute name) I wish I did remember the ingredients but I dont. The soap was from Bath and Body works, the Spa collection.
I tried this treatment I saw from id theshotone. It worked for like a day and then not so much, however I am keeping up with it, to see if there is a change. I will think about taking pictures. I do have to say that I do not have the redness that most people have, but my skin is extremely dry.

This may sound wierd, but when I wake up, my arms feel great!! Smooth, but then I shower and its all over. Has that ever happen to you?
