Hello everybody I am new at this but have K.P. As a child i was born with exema and have had dry skin all my life .It was just recently since i had my second child that my K.P started I'm now 40.
I thought it was just hormonal and would go away but after three weeks of scrubing they were still there and so went to my Dr. who filled me in on K.P.
She gave me creams ,lotions and potions but nothing worked ,it was then through the internet I found this site what a blessing it has been .
Most of the products you get in the States we can not buy here (in England ) and so I have stuck to a routine for several months now and i have to say my skin is much better .Drinking two litres of h2o a day helps and taking omega 3s ,flax seed oil, plus i take a multi vit called well woman.

My sister gave me some exfolicating gloves which have proved to be excellent , i use Dove soft peeling gentle exfolicating soap and only use circular motions all over. For me Oillatum cream works best i have been using it for years and is great for dry skin a bit pricey though nearly £8.00 a bottle .( I now get it on prescription ) I buy new gloves every month they are cheep ,you can pick them up from Boots ,Woolworths ,Superdrug etc.
The right side of my body seems to be worst , anybody else find that with a side?
Saying that my arms have almost cleared up .As for my legs well they are alot better and like all of you i would dearly love to be rid of K.P .Thank you for reading this.
