What is this? KP, Rosacea or Nodular Acne ?( Pictures Included)

Hi everyone, I'm new in these forums, and I'd like to know if I really have keratosis Pilaris Alba, Rosacea or just Nodular Acne. The thing is the two dermatologist I went to, gave me different diagnosis and I'm truly confused regarding what my real condition would be. So here's a my story:

This all started when I was 12, since it's the age in which most teenagers develop some common Acne issues. At the time, I used to get hard red lumps every time, with some papules and pustules. They were always large, hard, and painful to touch. After so long, I finally decided to make an appointment with a dermatologist. And, she told me that I might have Rosacea, since my face always had a burning sensation, plus the bumps were mostly red-ish with no head. Furthermore, she also said that I had spider veins in my nose which meant that I surely had the disease. So, I went on with the whole treatment and it didn't work well, this is when I wanted to look for another dermatologist and seek for a different treatment.

(When I described the dermatologist about my face, I didn't tell her that I had rough bumps which were covering both of my arms).

When I was 20 yo, I decided to seek for help once again, since bumps were still there and since I left the other treatment, there weren't any changes at all.Besides the fact that some of the rough bumps in my arms were slowly fading away.

Then, I went to the another dermatologist's office, and this time I was diagnosed with Nodular Acne, but still didn't tell the dermatologist about the rough bumps in my arms. Nevertheless, I manage to tell her that I was getting back acne as well.

Nowadays, I can say that my acne is a bit better. However, there are things that didn't change at all , since if I don't follow my diet I will likely get another hard lump on my face.

Recently, I found out what Keratosis Pilaris was, and I gotta say that It looks like the rough bumps on my arms. So, I'm still confused whether I do have Rosacea, Keratosis pilaris or just a New type of Nodular Acne which develops rough bumps anywhere on the body.

My symptoms:

- Big or large Papules on my face and back
- Pustules on my face, back and chest.
- Skin rash ( Heat sensitivity)
- Back Acne
- Rough Bumps in both of my arms ( they used to be totally covered and now they are fading away, leaving no trace )
- Surprisingly, my back acne scars started to fade away as well.
- Strech marks all along my butt cheeks( I know how it sounds, but since I'm a skinny guy I tend to gain weigh and lose it every now and then)

Well, this is all I can say for now. I know it's gonna be hard for some people to read all of this, but I just want to feel I'm not the only one with these skin issues.
What do you guys think my condition is?
is this Keratoris Pilaris Alba, Rosacea or Nodular Acne?

Holy..but my arm's rough spots do not itch, they are just red bumps that are slowly fading away. And, I'd like to know what it is..

This all is so confusing, I just thought I had KP alba. Now I don't know what the heck do I have anymore
Anyway, thanks for your answer.

I'm having a DH outbreak right now and I'm about to post some photos. It is ALL I can do not to scratch at some of them but there are others not so itchy. My son gets it and it usually doesn't itch him much and it looks somewhere between the DH photos we see on the web and KP.

So, I might have the so called celtic disease? Wow, I didn't expect that to happen, plus I sorta can't relate to it since as I said before my spots have never bothered me. The description of this illness says that I'm supposed to have fluids coming out through my bumps.

True or not, I still think I have Rosacea or Acne Nodular. But, the rough bumps are something that bring more doubts to this situation.

Can anyone relate to my condition?
